Key Responsibilities:

    Purchase Management:

•         Handle all purchase requests across different locations.

•         Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase records.

•         Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and payment processing.

•         Assist in product costing and pricing to ensure competitive procurement costs.

•         Identify and negotiate with new vendors for upcoming menu items.

•         Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

    Inventory Control:

•         Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking.

•         Record daily material consumption and purchases.

•         Maintain systematic labeling and storage SOPs for all raw materials, intermediate goods, and finished goods.

•         Implement strategies to control wastage and track breakage and assets.

    Reporting:

•         Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and purchase reports.

•         Analyze inventory data to provide insights for improving efficiency and cost management.

•         Assist in budgeting and forecasting inventory needs.

    Collaboration:

•         Work closely with cafe, bakery, and kitchen staff to streamline operations.

•         Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

•         Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth procurement and inventory processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.   

•     Proven experience in purchase and inventory management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

•     Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with strong command over Excel.

•     Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.

•     Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

•     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•     Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

•     Experience in a similar organization is an added advantage but not mandatory.
